Life and SchoolSchool is really fun. Some people say that school is the worse and all that but to me, school is like a waterpark. School is filled with very interesting and fun things. You can write, draw, and color and other interesting stuff! Still you first need to do what your teacher says. Not saying that it’s not fun listening to the teacher and doing worksheets. That is actually very enjoyable. To me. Other people think school is prison. But I don’t think that. I think school is an amazing place to get knowledge and all that stuff. Really! It is very educational. It (school) also teaches you knowledge a fun way! Like teachers make or play games with students to make it fun. Like making division or multiplication into a game! There are more stuff to school then just getting knowledge, it’s having fun and learning! It sometimes could be hard to have fun and learn, so you can take a break! How? Recess obviously, recess is kind of made for kids to exercise, but we think it’s for fun or to have a break and calm down. But as you get older there is less recess time and everything gets harder! Still you get to go the dance and other fun (and crazy) places! Though work is hard though. You will soon start doing very hard math, science (?), and chemistry! Whew! But then you turn into an adult and will graduate. It’ll be real sad. Still you have a big future ahead of you! So enjoy it! One of the hardest things in life is when you are a teenager. My dad says it’s the “seaweed part”. So I’ll explain that. In Miami Beach, the very shallow part is clean and nice. Then it gets ugly and very weird. But after you past that, BAM clean and nice! That’s when you’re an adult! So your life gets nicer! Still, after the adult age you get old. That‘s when it gets deep. But it’s okay. You’ll find a way to float!

MaddieMaddie was sitting on a small, brown wooden bench. She was studying for her science test. Maddie loved to study. As she was lost in her thoughts, a teenager looking around 15 years old was roller skating. He was just getting the hang of roller skating when he fell! Maddie looked up just in time to see the boy fall down backwards. Maddie saw it in slow-motion. As soon as he fell down, Maddie jumped up and urgently asked, “Are you okay?” The boy looked up. Maddie saw that the teenager looked strangely handsome. He was of medium height and muscular, with blond hair, icy blue eyes, a perfectly shaped face, and a familiar look. Maddie thought hard for a second. Aha! That boy was Chase, the most popular boy in her school. He was even more popular than Maddie, and she was pretty popular. As Maddie was thinking, Chase got up. Maddie then looked up and asked again, “Are you okay?” Maddie noticed that Chase hadn’t heard her the last time she had asked it. Chase looked at Maddie and blushed. He thought, “She’s in my school! I always liked her a little bit. What should I say?” Maddie tried to guess what he was thinking When Maddie guessed that he was embarrassed, Chase started to carefully say, “Yeah…...thanks.” Maddie just smiled. After Chase left, Maddie sat on the bench again and studied; but she was still thinking of Chase.
The next day was Monday and Maddie got up exactly at 6:59 a.m. to get ready. She was still thinking about Chase and his accident. As she was brushing her brown silky hair, she heard her mom call her. She hurried to get her perfectly done homework and her notebooks into her backpack, and ran downstairs to eat breakfast. At Chase’s house, things were different. It was a mess there. Chase’s younger brothers were running up and down the stairs, and screaming they needed breakfast. Chase’s dad was late for work, and his mom overslept! |
